Mrs. Tomaro Pilgrim, MSc, MShs, HS-BCP, LMSW

Mrs. Pilgrim has over 20 years of experience delivering community and family-centered support services. She empowers youth and families through internal strength-building, enhances parent-child relationships, and fosters self-esteem, self-worth, and self-care using techniques such as mindfulness and medication. Her expertise also extends to teaching assertiveness skills and providing guidance for holistic personal growth.
Mr. Osrick Pilgrim

As co-founder, Mr. Pilgrim has been a major player in the success of TC's mission since its inception. Mr. Pilgrim has played a key role in the growth of the organization and continues to do advertising and marketing. He manages the marketing used to position TC visually on the net and within the community. With his passion for fashion and philanthropy, Mr. Pilgrim also uses his male apparel brand as a fundraising tool to assist us in our fulfilling our mission.
Mrs. Raevyn Osborne, MS, ABA
Assistant Director & Applied Behavioral Analysis
Mrs. Osborne has been a Team Member since 2009. She has played a major role in the growth of our organization. For over eight years, Mrs. Osborne has also worked with individuals and their families, as young as two years old on the Autism spectrum. Aside from her work with TC, Mrs. Osborne enjoys her work as an Applied Behavioral Analyst.
Mrs. Sol Evans, NCC, CCMHC, LPCMH
Clinical Supervisor
Mrs. Evans has over 10 years of experience working in the field of mental health. She has experience working with youth, women, families, and couples. Mrs. Evans specializes in women's issues, relationship conflict, and trauma. Her passion is to assist others in, "regaining their happiness and helping them feel in control of their lives."
Dr. Moriel McDuffy, LMSW, PhD

Dr. McDuffy has over 25 years of experience working with youth and families. He works with various populations using clinical skills to empower underserved populations. Dr. McDuffy specializes in treating youth with behavior issues focused on stress, anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, inappropriate sexual behaviors, and more.

Dr. Francis is a dedicated therapist with over 20 years of experience providing pastoral, spiritual, and mental health counseling to individuals, families, couples, and groups. She assists individuals in building self-esteem, managing symptoms of anxiety or depression, and building resilience as the individuals and families journey to wholeness.

Mr. Japheth Cofield has a master's degree in mental health counseling and a bachelor's degree in psychology. He has several years of experience providing mental health support and counseling to children, families, and the elderly. He aims to equip individuals with the necessary tools needed to actualize healing or change. He looks forward to supporting his clients through developing self-awareness, maintaining important relationships, building self-esteem, and identifying personal coping skills.
Ms. Kristine (Kristin) Blake, LACMH

Ms. Blake has a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Certificate in Child Advocacy. She has experience providing individual, family, couples, and group therapy services.
Ms. Blake also has experience treating trauma and relational issues. She is well-versed in evidenced-based CBT, SFBT, and EMDR.
Ms. Blake's primary focus is anxiety, grief, and clinical depression. Using coping strategies and her experience in the performing arts, Ms. Blake works with her clients to establish meaningful goals that enable them to live by their core values.

Ms. Peterson has a masters degrees in Healthcare Administration and Organizational leadership, and a bachelors degree in Human Psychology. She has over 15 years of experience in human services, and mental health and behavior disorders. It is Ms. Peterson's mission to provide compassionate care and service to individuals who are disadvantaged and stigmatized. She has the desire to connect with individuals and meet them where they are while advocating and supporting those who are in need mentally, emotionally, and environmentally.

Her goal is to continue growing as a counselor with a holistic centered approach aiding individuals to overcome challenges so that they can live a more fulfilling life.

Mr. Rogers has over eight years of experience in body image and sculpting. He is an experienced fitness consultant, an individual and group trainer, and the Founder of Alnaar Athletics. Assisting with weight loss, body building, or simple health goals, Mr. Rogers provides affordable, quality services to those seeking healing through mental and physical wellness.
Miss Echo Rogers
Service/Emotional Support Dog in Training
Echo is the greatest addition to the TC Team. Due to Mr. Rogers’ love for community and helping others, he volunteered Echo's services to TC's organization with the hope that she would play a role in encouraging TC’s clients as they work to reach their goals. One of the things that make Echo so special is that she suffers from anxiety, similar to many of the people who work though our organization's doors. As many of us who share a love for animals, is a beautiful, intelligent, loving creature and we are so excited to have her!
