Mrs. Pilgrim has over 20 years of experience delivering community and family-centered support services. She empowers youth and families through internal strength-building, enhances parent-child relationships, and fosters self-esteem, self-worth, and self-care using techniques such as mindfulness and medication. Her expertise also extends to teaching assertiveness skills and providing guidance for holistic personal growth.
Mr. Osrick Pilgrim
Co-Founder, Marketing Director
As co-founder, Mr. Pilgrim has been a major player in the success of TC's mission since its inception. Mr. Pilgrim has played a key role in the growth of the organization and continues to do advertising and marketing. He manages the marketing used to position TC visually on the net and within the community. With his passion for fashion and philanthropy, Mr. Pilgrim also uses his male apparel brand as a fundraising tool to assist us in our fulfilling our mission.
Mrs. Raevyn Osborne, MS, ABA
Director of Finance & Applied Behavioral Analysis
Mrs. Osborne has been a Team Member since 2009. She has played the major role in the growth of our organization. For over eight years, Mrs. Osborne has also worked with individuals and their families, as young as two years old on the Autism spectrum. Aside from her work with TC, Mrs. Osborne enjoys her work as an Applied Behavioral Analyst.
Mrs. Marilyn Gorman, Min
Office Manager
Marilyn P. Gorman has over 35 years as a Practice Manager of Operations in the medical field. Mrs. Gorman is also an Ordained Minister which affords her the opportunity to visit and share her ministry and encouragement with youth, women, and men who are incarcerated. Mrs. Gorman has spent her entire career assisting others and believes that leaders are servants; a great leader is someone who loves people.

Mrs. Evans has over 10 years of experience working in the field of mental health. She has experience working with youth, women, families, and couples. Mrs. Evans specializes in women's issues, relationship conflict, and trauma. Her passion is to assist others in, "regaining their happiness and helping them feel in control of their lives."

Ms. Michele Shane, MA

Ms. Shane has a master's degree in clinical psychology and working toward her licensure. Human connection is important to Ms. Shane as she believes that strengthening our support system often begins with our families, those we are born with and those we choose.
Through a person-centered approach, she strives to help empower clients to tap into their full potential.
Ms. Shane's clinical experience is with youth who have experienced trauma, and those with developmental challenges. She has a strong background in play therapy and offers couples counseling using the Gottman method which helps strengthen relationships and manage conflict. Ms. Shane's practice is inclusive, and she welcomes LGBTQ+ clients.

Ms. Bradley has over 25 years of experience working with families, youth, the female corrections population, and individuals of all backgrounds with mental health, behavioral health, and substance use disorders. Ms. Bradley believes connection and a person-centered approach is the best way to service her individual clients. Her passion is in working with parents and their support systems using the whole child centered approach to help children have much success in their home, school, and community. Her goal is to empower clients in managing the difficult times in life through psyco-education, creating “tools for your toolbox” to build coping strategies, and mindfulness to overcome adversity.

He is currently a graduate student pursuing his licensure as a professional mental health counselor. As he continues to develop as a counselor, his goal is to equip individuals with the necessary tools needed to actualize healing or change. Mrs. Bianco's has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Psychology. As she pursued her bachelor's degree, Mrs. Bianco developed an interest in interpersonal relationships and their role in individual and collective mental health.
Mrs. Bianco is pursuing a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and Professional Clinical Counseling which has equipped her with the necessary skills to treat various mental health issues affecting individuals, couples, and families.
Mrs. Bianco has worked with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, enabling her to effectively tailor her therapeutic approach to meet the specific needs of each client. Echo is the greatest addition to the TC Team. Due to Mr. Rogers’ love for community and helping others, he volunteered Echo's services to TC's organization with the hope that she would play a role in encouraging TC’s clients as they work to reach their goals. One of the things that make Echo so special is that she suffers from anxiety, similar to many of the people who work though our organization's doors. As many of us who share a love for animals, is a beautiful, intelligent, loving creature and we are so excited to have her!
